There is NO god if Pittsburg wins the Super Bowl.

This is posted BEFORE the Super Bowl is finished (time: 7:25 EST). If Pittsburg win, that is Big Ben wins, there is NO god. Remember he is the guy who do something to a girl. What is that something, I don’t know. But you can guess what is it.

So, God is blind, if Big Ben wins.

"Michael Ignatieff: He didn't come back for you.” - So, he came back for whom???

Anyone who believes any politician is for you is nothing but a brainless dummy. Do you think Steven Harper is for you? Politicians all want power, fame and fortune. Ignatieff is like that; Jack Layton is like that and even Steven Harper is like that. So, what is the BIG deal that Michael Ignatieff didn’t come back for you??

A better question is “who” ask Ignatieff to come back. He likes the US. He is out of Canada for decades. He attacked the Canadian way of life. If he were not born in Canada, he probably would qualify to stay here permanently. He has no reason to come back. So, why and who persuaded him?

The answer is that he was sold on the idea that all Liberal leaders except one (at that time) would eventually become the Canadian Prime Minister! So, now you know that he didn’t come back for you. He came back for himself.

It’s more intriguing as to who did the persuasion. The Liberal party was secretly looking for a new party leader when they found out they chose the wrong guy - Dion – to succeed Paul Martin. The most qualified person, who is available at that time, was Bob Rae, a former provincial premier with both federal and provincial statesman like political experience. So, why would anyone want an outsider to lead the Liberal party?

Bob Rae defeated the then Liberal provincial premier David Peterson to form the Ontario Government. After he himself was later defeated, he decided to join the federal Liberal party as a NDP deflector. Unfortunately, by then David Peterson also has gained considerably backroom power and he would not let the Liberal party be lead by a former enemy. The rest is, as they say, history!

Steven Harper would be prime minister for as long as David Peterson is around. The funny thing is neither Ignatieff or Bob Rae would ever win an election even if David Peterson does not exist! The reason is behind every successful man there is a great woman. Take a look at their spouses and decide for yourself. Who is more graceful?

So, Steven Harper, don’t insult my intelligence. No one is for me. You are obviously NOT. You should thank David Peterson for your good fortune. Come to think of it, may be David Peterson is a closet Tory.

Abolish the Canadian Governor-General

If you believe in democracy, you HAVE a duty to call for the abolition of the Governor-General.

The Governor-General (GG) announced this afternoon (December 4, 2008) that she would grant Stephen Harper’s request to prorogue the Parliament. She claimed that she has the constitutional right to do so and did it without consulting with one Canadian. That is totally undemocratic. Actually it is down right aristocratic.

Stephen Harper claimed that the coalition opposition tries to topple his minority government and ask the GG to allow them to form a new government is undemocratic. It is undemocratic because the public did not vote for them to form the government. That is a fair statement.

Having said that, it is then only fair and democratic to have another election if the government falls due to a non-confident vote. It should be pointed out that it is the government who insisted that the vote should be considered as a confidence vote. The opposition did not ask for that.

Whether there should be another election or not is an entirely separate issue. It should not be the critical issue that determines whether confidence vote should take place as the government scheduled. To delay, defer and/or cancel the vote is strictly democracy denied!

Yet, the GG prorogue the Parliament. In effect the GG denies democracy and pop-up a minority government that faces certain defeat. Not only that is undemocratic, but also the GG sets a dangerous precedent for any government to use GG to deny democracy in the future.

The GG is paid for using our tax money. We have a right to expect the GG to be democratic. Now that GG has proved that she is aristocratic instead of democratic, it is high time that we call for the abolition of the GG. After all Governor-General is a symbol of British monarchy. Canadian has repatriated the Constitution long time ago. It is time to cut the tie with the British monarchy.

An urgent message for ABCers (ie Anybody But Conervative).

As you are well aware, the Canadian election is going to be held in a week. For those who want to defeat the Conservative and./or at least make sure that they do NOT have a majority, here is an important and urgent message.

The critical thing for ABC is NOT to waste your vote. So, you have to know who to vote for in order to defeat your local Conservative candidate. One way to find the necessary information is to visit the http://www.voteforenvironment.ca site. They have also kindly produced a video which will give you more reason NOT to vote for the Conservative. The link that they provided is listed below.

I encourage you, at least, to visit the site to look for the party to vote for in your local riding. If you have time, do look at the video.

According to the Bible, God is a mass murderer.

According to the Bible, when the Egyptian army chased Moses to the Red Sea, Moses asked God to open the Red Sea to cross to the other side. After Moses and his people had crossed over, God closed the Red Sea and thus drowned the Egyptian army!

God consciously drown the Egyptian army, as he could have closed the Red Sea enough to stop the Egyptian army from chasing Moses. It is possible to do that, as he is all mighty, according to the Bible. So, God committed a pre-meditated killing of the Egyptian army. By definition, pre-meditated killing is murder.

One would argue that since the Egyptian army wanted to kill Moses and his people, it is justifiable to kill them. That is valid only if the whole Egyptian army, every one of them, wanted to kill Moses and his people. Everyone knows that it is the Egyptian king who ordered the army to chase after Moses. The army is then just doing what they were told. To argue the Egyptian army is the same as the Egyptian king is like saying all the US government employees are Republican. If the Democrat wins the election, then all of a sudden, they all become Democrats!

So, according to the Bible, God is a mass murderer, as he killed not one but an army of people.

According to the Bible, God is either a Racist or a Liar.

According to the Bible, God said, “the people of Israel are the chosen people”. God made a free choice, as nobody forced him to do so. That should make God a Racist, as he prefered one race over all others.

But some people say the Bible said God also said “all men are equal”. So, God is NOT a Racist. OK. Then why did God choose the people of Israel over the people of, say, Egypt? Obvious the people of Egypt are NOT equal to the people of Israel. Otherwise God would not have chosen the people of Israel. Well, then all men are NOT equal. That would also mean God is a Liar!

Justifying God is not a liar would make God a Racist. Justifying God is not a Racist would make God a Liar. So, take your pick. God IS either a Racist OR a Liar.

My dilemma – if I vote for the Conservative party, I will be a criminal!

My local Conservative candidate just came to my door and talked to me. I don’t have a problem with this guy. But I have a problem with his party leader – Stephen Harper.

Stephen Harper introduced the “Fix Election Date” law and then turned around and called a general election. My local candidate vigorously defended Stephen Harper with all kinds of excuses. But if Stephen Harper called an election BEFORE the fixed date, he breaks the law, clear and simple.

I have no problem with my local Conservative candidate. So far, he is the only local candidate of any party who came to my door. For that, he has the upper hand. But if I vote for him, it would mean that I also vote for Stephen Harper. Since Stephen Harper broke the law, he is a criminal by definition. If I vote for a criminal, it would make me a criminal by default.

So, here is my dilemma, how can I vote for my local Conservative without making myself a criminal? I bet I am not the only one who has this problem. Well if there is no solution, may be the answer is to vote for anyone but the Conservative (ie. ABC – sounds familiar huh!).
